LexisNexis Risk Solutions Announces Definitive Agreement to Acquire Human API

ATLANTA (March 6, 2023) – LexisNexis® Risk Solutions, part of RELX, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Human API, a leading provider of consumer-driven health data to life insurance and healthcare customers. To read the full release, click here.

The acquisition by LexisNexis will enable Human API to accelerate its vision to create health data liquidity valued by customers and controlled by consumers. Human API’s proprietary Health Intelligence platform will continue to be a leading solution facilitating the acquisition and delivery of consumer permissioned health data designed to advance mission critical business processes including but not limited to life insurance underwriting and care coordination.

In turn, the acquisition of Human API will enable LexisNexis Risk Solutions to further its strategic aim of delivering innovative solutions while meeting the industry’s regulatory requirements and data privacy standards.
